Yeah I am using yoast SEO and its awesome.

Thanks for a great post, some plugins here are great and I've never heard of them before.

One thing, I've installed and on the premium plan of Imagify as suggested (assuming that you're the same company!) My website is SME Frog Could you please check why am I still asked to proceed more image optimization even I have resized them with aggressive or even ultra option, is it be cause of the theme?

Hi Eugenie,
From above list I knew only Yoast SEO and All in One SEO Pack others are totally new to me. Now I'll try for others too. Thanks for the great informative post. Keep it up.
Regards
Prajwol

All in One SEO has definitely become a beast with Woocommerce add on. It makes so much easier to work with ecommerce websites. Google tag manager plugin is something i haven't heard about. So, definitely worth the try. Great work Eugenie

Great SEO Plugins! Yoast SEO & All In One SEO Plugin is the Best

Thanks for the broken link recommendation, it matched the needs that i've been looking for. The way links are build in Wordpress, it is pretty easy so make mistakes :-(

Totally agree with the points on WP Rocket. Working with 10 different CMS' - and WP Rocket is just a well-build addition to Wordpress. Which other companies could make learn alot from.

However. Dont use the Tag Manager Module. Put it directly into your childtheme. Much better!

All In One SEO looks really interesting, with the woocommerce add-on it looks like a perfect fit for my current e-commerce project

all in one seo pack still the best for me. free, complete and easy to use..

What do you think Yoast SEO or All in One SEO Pack is best for SEO. Thanks

Unfortunately SEO Friendly Images is no longer updated.

In depth article. Yoast SEO is most important for wordpress website. You covered almost all things in your article.

Good startup list for the novices, thanks for sharing.

An interesting selection mentioned; I'd also highly recommend (especially for multisite networks) The SEO Framework

The "All In One Schema.org Rich Snippets" plugin is such a godsend. It makes adding all that schema markup to each page so much easier! It's a must-have right along side the Yoast SEO plugin.

Great article, I particularly like the broken links checker tool, many thanks.

Yoast is the best. I use it for many years since when I started blogging. It is simple, easy to use and optimize various parts of a website for traffic. I heard good words about WP Rocket from many sources but didn't get any chance to use it (as there is no free subscription).

Thanks for the writing,

I am using YoastSEO and WP Rocket, both are the great plugins for your site.

Thank you for compiling this list, for new bloggers this is super easy to have these awesome plugin

Good list of plugins. I currectly use Yoast, Imagify and WP Rocket. Some of the others are just basic seo practice in adding an alt tag and schema which also can be handled with a great theme. I'm currently hearing alot of great things about seopress and will be testing them out on my next project.

Do you think Yoast Premium is a necessity, and if yes, why? I've been thinking about it since it allows me to add additional relevant keyphrases to a post I want to rank, but I just wanted to get some perspective first before I purchase Premium.

Great article i like your broken tool thanks for sharing

Oh, it’s really great article! You helped me figure out all these plugins. I installed 3 plugins at once, which duplicated each other. The site was very slow. Then I realized my mistake and started looking for advice on the best SEO plugin. Now I know which plugin I need. Thanks guys! Great article)
